Terms of use
These terms govern use of the Computationalmodels website and inquiries about employment consulting in Germany. Last updated 4 August 2026.
Acceptance
By accessing computationalmodels.digital or submitting a session request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.
Services described
The site describes consulting sessions for employer communication and salary discussion preparation. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm scope and fee in writing after your inquiry.
No legal or tax advice
Our consultations address communication and preparation. They are not legal counsel, tax advice, or representation before employers, works councils, or courts. For legal questions, consult a qualified lawyer in Germany.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, layout, and branding, belongs to Computationalmodels or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute materials for commercial use without prior written consent. Talking-points sheets prepared for you in a paid session are for your personal use in your own employer conversations.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for decisions you make with your employer. Outcomes of salary talks, promotions, and offer negotiations remain outside our control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Computationalmodels is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from employment decisions you make after a consultation. Our liability for a paid session is limited to the fee paid for that session, except where liability cannot be limited under German law (including intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health).
Website availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may be updated without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the jurisdiction of our registered office shall have competence where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
