Three stages between your brief and the meeting room
Employment consulting at Computationalmodels follows a fixed rhythm so you know what arrives before you sit down with your employer in Germany.

Intake
You describe the meeting, the employer context, and what you want from the conversation. We confirm whether salary discussion preparation, conversation coaching, or another consultation fits — and lock the fee.

Live rehearsal
On video or phone we run the conversation. You speak first. We stop when phrasing weakens your case, then rebuild openings, counters, and closing asks until they sound natural.

Talking points
After the session you receive a short written sheet: your opening, likely objections, and the next step if the manager stalls. For some consultations we also review one follow-up email.
