Eligibility

Fees are charged for scheduled sessions (salary discussion preparation, employer conversation coaching, offer letter walkthrough, and annual review rehearsal). Refunds depend on when you cancel and how much preparation work has already begun.

Timeframe for full refund

Cancel in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start and you receive a full refund of any fee or deposit already paid for that session, provided we have not yet delivered a written talking-points sheet or substantial pre-work based on materials you sent.

Partial refund

If you cancel between 48 and 12 hours before the session, we retain 40% of the session fee to cover reserved time and any intake review already completed, and refund the remainder.

Non-refundable situations

• Cancellation within 12 hours of the session start, or failure to attend (no-show), unless serious sudden illness or emergency is documented and we agree to reschedule once.
• Sessions already completed.
• Written deliverables already sent to you (talking-points sheet or reviewed email draft) for that engagement.

Work already started

If you have submitted offer letters or review notes and we have prepared session notes before a late cancellation, the partial-refund rules above apply even if the live call has not begun.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Further reschedules may be treated as a cancellation under the partial-refund rules or require a new booking.

Deposits

For sessions booked more than two weeks ahead we may request a deposit. Deposits follow the same refund timeline as session fees.

Refund process and timing

Email info@computationalmodels.digital with your name, session date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Method

Refunds are issued using the same method as the original payment (for example bank transfer). We do not offer store credit packages.
